Marfran Asset Group Ltd. (MAGL) seeks to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world business operations by offering undergraduates hands-on experience through a structured Internship Program across our subsidiaries — including Marfran Enterprise, Marfran Homes, Manasseh Herbal & Treatment Center, Mag Farms, Christ Ville Academy, ProCareer Mastery Institute, and Anchor Media Network.

Target Group
Certificate Students (Completed at least 6 months of study), Diploma Students (Completed at least 1 year of study), Bachelor’s Degree Students (Completed at least 2 years of study).

Marfran Enterprise (Wholesale/Retail Business) Sales, marketing, inventory management. Marfran Homes (Real Estate & Land Development) Land banking, client relations, property management. Manasseh Herbal & Treatment Center (Healthcare & Nutrition) Herbal research, customer support, clinic operations. Mag Farms (Agriculture & Livestock Production) Poultry, BSF farming, agribusiness management. Christ Ville Academy (Education & Child Development) Teaching support, curriculum development, school management. ProCareer Mastery Institute (Training & Research) Training assistance, research support, career counseling.

Eligibility Criteria
Must be currently enrolled in a recognized tertiary institution (Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's program). Must have completed the minimum required academic credits for internship eligibility. Must demonstrate good academic standing (minimum GPA: 2.5/4.0 or equivalent). Must submit a CV, application letter, and a letter from school (if required).

Fill the Marfran Internship Application Form (online or offline).Submit updated CV, academic transcript, and letter of intent. Participate in a short interview session (physical/virtual).
Application Window: March – May (for June start) and September – November (for January start).
